Bayside International College and ACHBM’s Student Admission and Enrolment Policy gulicy the procedure for approving admission applications and enrolling international students in the relevant courses or units of competency.

Supporting Document Checklist:

• Photo ID: Passport
• Enrolment application form
• Copies of previous transcripts, testamur, or any other formal or informal awards/achievements
• Valid English proficiency evidence
• Pre-enrolment self-assessment form
• Unique Student Identifier (USI) or USI Consent Form
• Current visa

Once the application is accepted, our staff will contact and provide the student with below:

• Letter of Offer and Student’s Agreement
• Payment Information and Bank Details
• Fee Policy
• Fee Refund Policy

Information on the ESOS Framework, their rights, responsibilities and terms of enrolment will be contained in the Letter of Offer and Student Agreement.

Once a signed Student Agreement is received,the student will then receive:

• eCoE (subject to conditions of the offer)
• Enrolment and program details, dates and academic schedules
• Overseas Student Health Cover (OHSC) details
• Pre-arrival Guide
• Student Orientation dates and details
