This course is designed for candidates looking to advance their career within the strategic leadership and management roles. Individuals at this level make high level autonomous decisions and use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions in varied contexts. They have full responsibility and accountability for personal outputs and for the work or function of others.
Possible job roles include; Director and executive officer, Senior administrator, Senior manager, Business Manager, Project Manager/Team Leader
Must be 23 years and above age on commencement.
Academic Requirement:
Students MUST have completed a graduate certificate in management (e.g. BSB80515) or a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related domains or Candidates undertaking this course as a pathway to a master’s degree with a higher education provider – packaged course Or
Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma qualification in related fields of study and 3 years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level of leadership and management responsibility and/or complexity in an enterprise Or
Have completed a Bachelor degree in related fields of study and 2 years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level of leadership and management responsibility and/or complexity in an enterprise Or
Have five years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level of leadership and management responsibility and/or complexity in an enterprise

This qualification is delivered over a period of one year.
• Classroom based delivery (face – to – face)
