Looking for a scholarship? Study in Darwin’s tropical vibe!

Choose our Darwin campus located by the sea and be ready to explore the Northern Territory, a warm, welcoming, and multicultural place to live, work, and study. In partnership with the Northern Territory (NT) Government, Bayside International College offers two scholarships to talented international students to study one of our Vocational Education and Training programs (VET) in this beautiful city.


  • Number of grants

    Two grants for any of our VET courses (1 per student)


  • Who Can Apply

    You must: 

    • have applied and obtained an offer of admission to study in our Bayside International College Darwin campus 

    • have a demonstrated record of academic excellence, community engagement and leadership 

    • meet the academic and English entry criteria for your chosen course with us 

    • be planning to move to the NT from interstate or overseas 

    • not already be living in the NT, or studying with an NT education provider 

    • not hold any other scholarship (except Charles Darwin University Global Merit Scholarship) 

    • have submitted a completed scholarship application form, and 

    • not hold current Australian citizenship, Australian permanent resident or a New Zealand citizenship. 


  • What can you get

    The scholarships are valued at $7500 for our VET courses only 

    The scholarship amount is for your first semester or year of tuition fees


  • When can you apply

    Applications are open throughout the year and until June the 30th, 2023.

  • How your application is assessed

    Bayside International College will accept and assess your application, then submit to StudyNT for final review and endorsement.


  • If your application is successful

    • Bayside International College will notify you and/or your agent via email.

    • You must sign a letter of agreement confirming you will continue to meet the scholarship criteria and terms. This is a legally binding agreement.

    • You need to return this to Bayside International College.


  • How your scholarship is paid

    Your scholarship is to reduce your fees for your first semester or year of tuition with Bayside International College.
